President Lee Pelton Reflects On 10 Years at Emerson

In December, President Lee Pelton announced that he would leave Emerson in June to lead the Boston Foundation. During his 10 years, President Pelton helped Emerson become a more selective, global, and diverse college. Journalist Crystal Haynes ’05 sat down with him in March to talk about the pandemic, Black Lives Matter, and the strategic initiatives that have helped move Emerson forward.
